  • Email (hashed): We do not store your email address in plain text. We store only a hashed version of your email address to enforce the one-free-conversion limit.
  • Uploaded files: We temporarily process the PDF you upload to produce an Excel (XLSX) file.
  • Payment data: If you purchase a conversion, payments are processed by our payment provider (WayForPay). We do not store full card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the Service and generate the converted XLSX file.
  • To enforce usage limits (one free conversion per email hash).
  • To process paid conversions and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

3. Email Hashing

We use a one-way cryptographic hash of your normalized email address (with a server-side salt) to identify whether a free conversion has already been used. This hashed value cannot be reversed by us to recover your original email.

4. File Storage and Retention

Your uploaded PDF and generated XLSX are stored temporarily to complete the conversion and enable download. After you download the XLSX, the Service attempts to automatically delete the generated XLSX and the uploaded PDF from storage.

Please note: if a download is interrupted (for example, the browser is closed), automatic deletion may not run immediately. If you want us to delete any remaining files associated with your conversion, contact us using the email below.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your uploaded files with third parties. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, which receives the information required to process the transaction.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of data associated with your conversions. Because we store only a hashed version of your email, providing the email you used helps us locate related records.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information and files processed by the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
