By using StatementToExcel, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

StatementToExcel provides an online tool to convert PDF bank statements into Excel (XLSX) files.

Usage Limits

Each user is entitled to one free conversion per email. To enforce this limit, we store only a hashed version of the email address. Additional conversions require payment.

No Warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the converted files for any purpose.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the files you upload and for verifying the results before use.

File Deletion

Uploaded PDF files and generated Excel files are stored only temporarily to provide the service. Files are automatically deleted immediately after the download is completed.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the service. Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate delivery, refunds are generally not provided, except where required by applicable law.
